Be sure you are clicking the link to the resource you are trying to access from the library homepage. The links on the library page will identify that you are accessing the database through BYU-Idaho's subscription. After clicking the link for the resource you are trying to access, you will be prompted to enter your BYU Idaho NetID and password.
