On the RefWorks login page there is an option that says "Forgot your Login Information?" Select this and enter the email address you would have used when creating the RefWorks account. RefWorks will send an email with the username and an option to reset the password of any accounts associated with that email address.
If you are not able to locate an account with your email address, feel free to create a new account.
