If you're having trouble accessing one of the library's databases, try the following steps. If you still can't access the database, contact a Librarian using the "Ask a Librarian" widget on the main website.

If you are not on campus, verify that off-campus access is available. You can do this by looking for the  icon next to the database name in the A - Z List.

  1. Try closing your browser and then go back and try again. You might also need to try a different browser.
  2. It's possible that you might need to clear your browser cookies. Google has a web page dedicated to the process: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?hl=en. You can easily learn how to clear browser cookies and cache by searching Google.

Sometimes links change and simply need to be updated on our website. At the beginning of a semester, you might have trouble accessing the databases because the university's authentication system is under extremely high loads. Whatever the case, please let us know when you experience issues so that we can help.
