If you're having trouble accessing one of the library's databases, try the following steps. If you still can't access the database, contact a Librarian using the "Ask a Librarian" chat box on the main website.
If you are not on campus, verify that off-campus access is available. You can do this by looking for the orange "On Campus Only" icon next to the database name in the A-Z Databases List.
If the database you are trying to access is available off-campus, or you are on campus try the following:
Sometimes links change and simply need to be updated on our website. At the beginning of a semester, you might have trouble accessing the databases because the university's authentication system is under extremely high loads. Whatever the case, please let us know when you experience issues so that we can help.
