When I try to move citations from a database to RefWorks, it appears that nothing is happening. What can I do to fix this?

Often when citations will not move from a database to RefWorks, the browser's popup blocker is stopping the process. If you change the settings of the popup blocker to allow for popup windows from the database site you should have more success.
